    Martin joined IU Group approximately 7 months ago as Head of SEA & Paid Social, bringing his strategic expertise and drive for innovation into a pivotal leadership position.

    "Some projects that stood out were the the successful integration of new work routines and enhanced productivity within the team while regularly fostering team spirit, which was essential during the past months. From a business point of view the team and I were able to improve our cost per leads, strengthened relationships to external partners, reduce internal cannibalization among our SEA campaigns, define and outline several roadmaps for product launches and center our optimizations around efficiency."

    His technical rigor and collaborative mindset have strengthened SEA’s role across the wider business:

    "We have conducted multiple successful experiments that allowed us to strengthen the position of SEA as a channel within the Performance Marketing Team, within IU and in comparison with competitors. Speaking of incrementality tests, restructuring accounts and campaigns to a large extend/scale in order to support business initiatives, conducting A/B tests among Google, Integrating AI more and more into daily work routine and thus scaling efficiency in work processes, establishing closer relationships with internal teams has allowed us to enhance reporting to follow up with more granular optimization of our overall accounts."
