As a regulatory data provider, they process the world’s regulation using AI to transform what is human-readable into machine-readable and machine-consumable data.
With demand growing fast, RegGenome needed to build a world-class team across multiple functions—and that’s where we came in!
The challenge
As RegGenome’s product matured and their commercial strategy took shape on their route to Series A, they faced a growing need for senior talent across several critical areas - from sales to product to data.
But like many early-stage companies, time is scarce. The leadership team is focused on delivering a product roadmap, fundraising, and building credibility in a complex industry—leaving limited bandwidth to run multiple hiring processes at once.
They needed a partner who could understand their space, work at speed, and represent them well in a competitive talent market within a niche industry.
The solution
